Occupational health since 2009. My vision of occupational health as a product is, that it has to be built in co-operation with employer, employee, healthcare, and occupational safety. Occupational health services should be an investment, that has to add value to our customer as improved working capacity. As a physician my duty is to recognize possible occupational hazards, perform health checks to see if they are about to manifest a work related disease and then provide or arrange a treatment, rehabilitation and guidance for how to navigate towards better working capacity.
