You can make an appointment through the online system to see most of our physicians.

The online booking system cannot be used to book appointments for certain physicians or procedures. Appointments for physicians and procedures can be booked by calling tel. 09-5601 6111. If you need more information about scheduling an appointment for an occupational health care checkup, call tel. 09-5601 6170.

We advise all our occupational health care customers to check whether their appointment costs are be covered by their occupational health care agreement or whether they are required to pay themselves.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel by telephone the day before. We reserve the right to charge an appointment fee or part of an appointment fee for an appointment that was not canceled or that was canceled on the day of the appointment.

When you arrive at Dextra, remember to use the electronic registration system to confirm your presence or, alternatively, register with the customer service personnel.
